When you enrol, purchase or apply for any counselling, training, mentoring or any service offered by Celine Noort Counselling you are bound by these terms.

By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Training and education

Celine Noort Counselling training and any other course, workshop or training offered by Celine Noort Counselling.

Celine Noort Counselling reserves the right to deny enrolment/registration into any course, workshop or training without reason or explanation. In the event that fees have been paid and your enrolment is terminated, you will be refunded the amount in its entirety within 14 working days.

You acknowledge and agree that the education and training taught by Celine Noort Counselling and any practitioner, facilitator or third party educator acting on behalf of Celine Noort Counselling:

• is offered for general information purposes only;

• is curated by us at our entire discretion from time to time;

• does not intend to offer specialised tax, accounting, legal or therapeutic advice;

• has no affiliation with any accredited university, college, school, TAFE or other registered or not registered training institution;

• is not a registered vocational education and training organisation

• is not governed by any affiliated or institutional body; and

• is the intellectual property of Celine Noort Counselling /and any third party educator and is not to be reproduced in any way, shared or used for commercial gain without written consent from Celine Noort Counselling.

• Places in any group training/ or education course will be given on a first come, first served basis. Enrolment must be conducted via the Site with either partial or full payment. In the event that you wish to withdraw your enrolment with less than 4 weeks notice and have only made partial payment you agree to pay Celine Noort Counselling the balance owing within one week of withdrawal from your course. In the event that you wish to withdraw your enrolment with more than 4 weeks notice and have only made partial payment you agree to pay Celine Noort Counselling the balance owing to 50% of your course fees.

You agree that following any training, education or support you have received from Celine Noort Counselling and/or their affiliates, the success and implementation of your skills learnt is entirely your responsibility and you are not guaranteed any outcome personally or professionally.

You acknowledge that –

• The content provided in the Course Materials reflects the values, beliefs and concepts of Celine Noort Counselling.

• Celine Noort Counselling, its directors, employees and affiliates are in no way liable or responsible for your business, financial or professional decisions, acts or omissions, or any losses, damages, costs or claims that may arise from those decisions, acts or omissions.

Enrolment Fees

All Counselling, training and coaching fees stated on the Site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and counselling and tuition/coaching fees are subject to change at any time.

Personal information

When registering for any course, training, or workshop you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information, as requested. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration information. We will treat your personal information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By enrolling, applying or registering as a Student of Celine Noort Counselling, you agree to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.

 Jurisdiction/Governing law

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the law in force in the State of Western Australia, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for determining any dispute concerning the terms and conditions.
